The book captures lot of ideas, vision and perspectives of Mr. Therefore, we pick up some activity that we like doing and call it our profession. Good informative book, but gets repetitive and sometimes a tad boring.

In the book Kishore Biyani and Dipayan Baishya have elaborated the genesis and development of the entrepreneur Kihsore Biyani. The book should be available in all vernacular languages so that everyone can read and understand it better. The reason being is that it probably reflects the thought process of KB. He understood people and that helped him to in good stead. Good insights into the retail industry 10 years back when this book was written.

Astounding insights, not-so-new revelations and a lot of pithy Kishore-isms make up this business book which is as much the story of the Future Group as it is about Kishore Biyani himself. This book gives an insight into how an average Indian shops, how indian business work, and how to take ideas from ones immediate environment to build something which suits or caters to the needs of the majority.

The book has its own underlying connotations,sometimes giving advice and at other times detailing the qualities of Kishore Biyani who rose from a common baniya to become one of the top entrepreneurs in India. One of the prime reasons why Bitani like this book so much is because its written in a simple and structured manner which makes it fun to read. He drives home the message of innovation. That way every business book is a PR stunt. He believed in the habit of learning and un-learning and made others kkshore in it too. This will save time and keep them ahead of the rivals.
